RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY - THE LOGBOOK

We get it - sometimes things just aren't meant to be. If you'd like to return an item, you've got 14 days from the date you receive it to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Because our products are paper-based items, it's critical they remain in pristine condition. Any signs of use, damage, or opened packaging will affect eligibility for return.
- Please include your order number and reason for return inside the parcel.
- Sale items marked as 'Final Sale' or "Imperfect" on the product page can't be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, email hello@thelogbook.au. If your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and next steps.
Please don't send anything back without emailing us first - it won't be accepted.
- For any return or order-related questions, please reach out via email only.
- We don't offer customer service through social media messages - the inbox gets a bit wild, but our email crew will sort you out properly.
RETURN SHIPPING & FEES
We don't cover the cost of return shipping and aren't able to offer direct exchanges. If you're returning part of an order and the remaining items drop below our free shipping threshold, a $9 restock fee will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right, contact us straight away at hello@thelogbook.au with your order number and photos. We'll sort it.
CARE & USAGE
Please handle all paper-based products with care. We can't offer compensation or refunds for damage caused by improper handling, water damage, or exposure to the elements after delivery.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We're unable to accept returns on: Gift cards - Listed final sale or imperfect items.
REFUNDS
Once your return lands back with us, we'll inspect it and let you know if it's been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a little time for your bank or card provider to process the refund once it's been issued.
