SHIPPING POLICY - THE LOGBOOK

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking details.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship via Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method (Standard or Express):
- Metro areas: 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Regional areas: 5-10 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas: 7-14 business days after dispatch
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $120 AUD.
TRACKING
All orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received tracking within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@thelogbook.au.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within Australia only. For international enquiries, please contact us at hello@thelogbook.au and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
DELIVERY ISSUES
- If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if there's an issue with delivery, please contact us at hello@thelogbook.au with your order number and we'll investigate.
- We're not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or failed delivery attempts where the recipient was unavailable.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@thelogbook.au with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
LOST PARCELS If Australia Post confirms your parcel is lost, we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
